There are still quite a lot T-34 in Africa in service, and I think north korea still has quite a lot.

I've seen some T-34 during the wars in the Balkans, Serbia might still have some locked in a garage. The best T-34 was the T-34-85 with bigger and longer barell. IMHO The best russian tank today is T-80 and it's derivatives (T-90?). Anyone heard something about the future russian tank (i.e. Black Eagle)

(T-90?)
Based on the T72, not the T80.

Correct!

I'd love to own my own T-34s... I'd have one painted / marked as captured tank by Germany. Looks cool, others in arab colors and Eastern block scheme and markings...

The T34 is in a number of countries still but slowing being replaced. These countries include Albania, Angola, Guinea Bissau, Cuba (last we counted that I know of they had nearly 400 of them), Mali, Romania (Have the largest total of them back in the later 90s), Slovenia, Hungary, Vietnam, Bosnia and other nations.
I'm not sure if there is any left in Afghanistan after the invasion. They didn't have much armour to begin with let alone now.

For German Captured T-34's you would need some Pz-III parts like the commander's cupola, lights and tool boxes... Unfortunately, the overwhelming majority of the German captured T-34's would be '40 through '42 models T-34-76's while the majority of the running T-34's today are the 85 models... While there were some - there weren't a lot.
