im pretty sure in Iraq, and i think a polish soldier posted them. Looks like a check point outside the fence at a base, i was thinking since they are on the syrian border, that might be what these are... had to edit to add, im not sure about the vehicle id's or who they all belong to.

I would be guessing near the AMTG......down south.....near the Saudi border....dont see a need for a un-armoured rover/mog to be driving around the Syrian border.....unless the ADF is up to some funny business....

Well the second one is Japanese, then an ADF Bushmaster, then what could easily be an ADF Unimog, and then what I would assume is an ADF land-rover and trailer and I guess that's also an ADF LAV with HEAT screens. The last one is a Polish BRDM-2 or whatever their lastest iteration of it is. The first one is the only one I can't ID.

Whats the first one? is it an improvised APC like the ones in the Yugoslavian conflict? Any more pics of it? Which country did it come from?

The first one is definately an armored Tatra. I think it is called Tatrapan, unless this name is reserved for the 8x8 version... Oh, the last one is a Romanian TABC-79, which makes the fourth one the Romanian built version of the BTR-70, called TAB-77.

That Japanese APC resemblance very much with Finnish SISU -APC (or vice versa). I must admit that SISU is quite stylish? Well, I'm biased since I live in Finland ;)

it is not SISU XC-360 anymore its Patria AMV (and Polish version is Rosomak)

Well the fourth picture is of the Unimog, and I don't think the LAV in the fifth picture is a BTR variant.

Actually DarkAvenger is 100% right . Well with a slight correction . Is a B-33 Zimbru , which derived from TAB-77. Check the small flag on top of the antena. That is Romanian Contingent in Iraq.
