The video is in serbian, mostly interviews of serbian victims, and local prominent people (Croats and Muslims) footage of the attack on withdrawing JNA forces from Sarajevo and some other clips.

Yes, when the JNA units based in Sarajevo where promised safe withdrawal with their men and equipment by Izetbegovic,for his safe return,but instead where attacked by Muslim militia and several young soldiers died. The convoy was also ransacked even though both General Mackenzie of the UN and Izetbegovic ordered the Muslims to stop.
