how many troops are in iraq now? have they begun to downsize

there's been scant attention to what the military has been doin after we "won" anyone hear anything about current troop sizes and operations in iraq?

Last I heard the Marines were moving out of Baghdad to leave it to the Army, the a lot of Brits were leaving the country, and 2 US aircraft carriers were leaving the gulf region. But no real decrease in US troop strength as of yet. The Navy has the most returned sailors at this point versus the other branches.
