Soldiers from the 1st Battalion, 325th Airborne Infantry Regiment, were awarded Purple Hearts and Bronze Stars Feb.5 for wounds received and efforts in Iraq

one of the guys in this pic is a close friend of mine, so before any jerks reply with arguments for or against propaganda, remember these folks are our friends and families. regardless of what is meant in higher echelons, these are the people that make the sacrifices and decisions that earn silver stars, purple hearts, and other honors.

I only posted the “propaganda” statement because of the reply “Had my share of US propaganda for life..” by Uninen when I posted Jan’s newsletter.

Calm down...I am prior 82nd...He only put that as a "disclaimer". Some people don't like to download this stuff...

nah, i didn't mean it as such, i meant certain people with political agendas either for Or against would deface the true meaning of the picture. its a tasteful post and should remain as such so as long as people realize the true meaning of our soldiers and their honors, not set out to rag on "Retard's" post simply to get their agenda across. nonetheless, its a great shot and a great post.
