Sorry if this is a RMM, but I did a search and nothing came up. Maybe I didnt use the right search string, if so sorry.

I saw this on PBS or Discovery a few years back, but I still think its pretty cool.

so very old.....and thats not DA, thats greenside stuff....for the first one.

The other vid is almost as popular as the RMM vid....still, thanks for the vids, nice stuff to watch every now and then

Question on the opeing sequence of this vid, for those that are in the know, the guy starts out with push ups then moves forward to engage targets. I have an idea why this is, but just want to confirm. Is this so he can get his heart rate up and simulate shooting while under some form of stress?

I was advised a while back, that the closet way to simulate shooting under stress, is too run a few laps round the parking lot at the range, then go while out of breath and commence shooting at your trgets?

SOmething like that.

It's timed competition. The idea is to get your heart rate up and a little burn in your arms. There is no exact replication for stress, but this helps.
