easiest proggie to make wallpapers (any suggestions)

Do you mean resizing pics or creating textures from images?

The best progam is going to be Photoshop. That may not be the easiest to use though. Depends on what you plan on doing.

I'm just trying to add images into one, basically...a few pics set in like 4, etc

Might be able to do a real simple job in MSpaint. Painshop pro would let you do that, but Photoshop is still going to be the ultimate program, specially if you decide to get crazy and blend and edit the pics much.

I have Paint, version 5.1

WIll this work? I'm not sure which commands are what, was messing with it, didn't see any wallpaper options

It'd be worth the effort to create an all new programm only if you'd use it to make a wallpaper of yourself. :)
