I just noticed this not so flattering news from Iran.. makes me wonder if the recent dumbass remarks by their president was at least to some ways aimed to draw attention away from how much things suck domestically...

What suprises me is that they arnt calling it "zionist pollution" or something equally as stupid.

Have you looked up any Iranian newspapers on the web? In case you haven't, I strongly suggest that you do. Probably you will also appreciate (I did, after I first looked) that Iran is a lot more than what its rubbermouth President makes it out to be.

I agree. The vast majority of iranians are equal parts proud of their country and religion and disgusted with their leadership. Moreover most would be quite happy to see Israel prosper and thrive so long as the Palestinians also get their due. They could care less what america does but would prefer it leaves the middle east alone.

The right wing media vilification of Iran is so one sided it's got the ditto-heads here thinking we're in another cold war. That's not the case by a long shot, so let the wind out of your chests, lads.
