Very interesting edition of newsnight, in the form of a trial, with arguments and witnesses for and against the allied tactics in the War on Terror and in Iraq. Witnesses include Tim Collins (the lt general who made the famous pre-invasion speech) and Moazzam Begg (former gitmo detainee)
