Some people will try to tell you that warming up is optional but let me tell you now, that is bad advice.
***** enlargement is entirely safe if you take the time to do it properly. Would you start an intensive workout at the gymn without even warming up a little first? No, you wouldn't and if you ever have (as I have) then you will know that you can hurt yourself pretty bad.
Avoid the pitfalls of natural ***** enlargement by simply taking a little time to get your ***** nice and warm and ready for the stress it is about to receive.
How to effectively warm up your ***** ready for a good natural ***** enlargement workout?
It is simply a matter of soaking a cloth or towel in nice warm water and then wrapping it around your *****. This transfers the heat from the towel to your ***** and helps to make your tissue more elastic.
Simply repeat this technique for about 5 minutes before your workout. If the towel starts to get cool or the heat really drops off. Dunk the towel again and wrap it around once more.
An alternative way of warming up would be to simply submerge your ***** and ********s in a bowl of warm water, have a warm bath or you could even take a hot shower.
As long as plenty of heat has been applied you should be fine.

You may or may not have heard about the amazing *** secrets of the PC muscle. It is quite an amazing little muscle and surprisingly not too well known at least in men.
Women have been doing something called pelvic floor exercises for years to help them when having a baby and to increase the power of the ******l grip. Men have only started doing PC muscle exercises on a big scale within the last few years.
But this is one thing you should do every day for the rest of your life.
It will make you ejaculate further, control your erection rather than it controlling you and give you an overall better *** life.
Stick with them as at first you will see little or no results, in time you will thank me for persuading you to try kegels.
How to find your PC muscle and do the Kegels for men exercise.
You must start by locating your PC muscle. Go to the toliet now and while urniating, stop the flow of urine mid way without using your hands. The muscle you tensed to do this was the PC muscle.
Now you have found it, clench it a few more times.
It will probably feel quite uncomfortable right now as it is underdeveloped.
The tensing that you did to stop the flow of urine is called a PC contraction or a Kegels. This is the motion which you must make to do the Kegels exercise.
Try tensing the PC muscle where you stand or sit right now.
Now repeat this over and over. Each time you squeeze the muscle is one repetition. Now squeeze it another 50 times if you can. Chances are you won't be able to, but in a couple of months you will be doing 500 to 1000 per day with blinking a eyelid ;-)
3. Dry milking is often reffered to as dry Jelqing, it is a very important ***** enlargement exercise.
Dry milking is often underrated by most people who use natural ***** enlargement methods. Ignoring this exercise is a shame as it is extremely powerful, clean and easy to do.
I recently received an E-mail from a guy who was wondering whether having two weeks off of his ***** enlargement workout to go on holiday would adversely effect his growth and somehow temporarily stunt his gains. In reality, it would set you back slightly and your body would have to readjust to the workouts.
So, I recommended that he did 5 minutes dry Jelqing (milking) after each shower. This means he could keep his ***** used to the workouts and he wouldn't lose any of his previous gains.
Dry milking is both clean as you haven't got to use lubricant and it is very discreet, you can do it before you go to bed or after a nice warm bath, nobody will ever know.
How to dry Jelq?
Okay, you start by forming a circle in your hands by touching together your thumb and forefinger, this makes a kind of circle or 'okay' sign. Now grip your ***** at the base with the okay sign and without sliding your fingers over the skin simply pull to about half way. Return your 'okay' sign to the base and pull again. Each time you do one pull it is one repetition.
Make sure you DO NOT have an erection for this. It is best to have a 40 - 60% erection while dry jelqing, but no more!
4. Wet Jelqing (milking) should be done whenever possible, here's how to do it.
Wet Jelqing is the main method available to dedicated ***** enlargers and is the single most effective technique to both increase the length and width of your *****.
You will need a high quality lubricant (no, not engine grease. hehehe :-)). Some people use vaseline intensive care, whatever you choose, make sure that it is of a high quality and use plenty of it.
How to wet Jelq?
Right, you have to start by getting a semi erection, something in between 40% and 60% erect.
Make the 'okay' sign with your fingers as talked about in the last section (dry Jelqing). Get your ***** nice and lubricated from the base to the head.
Grab your ***** at the base and with moderate pressure, begin to pull towards the end sliding your fingers from the base, to just before the head. When you have done this, repeat with the other hand by starting from the base and stroking all the way up.
That's it, you have performed the wet Jelqing exercise, I hope you are happy to have learned it :-)
5. Simple warm-down after your natural ***** enlargement workout will ensure good results and no injuries
