Cool video :) Very interesting attack on bus, with armoured vehicle. Its the only one CT unit in Nederland army i guess?
Not the only one. This used to be the only Dutch CT unit (the choice to make it a unit of the marines was a political one), but since a few years the Dutch Army SF has CT capabilities as well...
Doesn't really make sense to me to put some of the tactics in a movie for everyone to see though. :|

No, they have also the KCT (Army SF) who are CT capable. And the BBE is part of the Dutch Marines Corps, not the Army... ;)
For maritime CT operations, the Dutch Marines Corps have also the 7NL SBS (a small highly trained combat swimmer unit).

No, it's called "Keep Hope Alive" by The Crystal Method. It was the theme tune for 3rd Watch and also the introduction music in the John Woo film "The Replacement Killers".
The BBE seem to use a lot of the same kit that is issued to UK police teams. The drop down shield is an excellent idea too. They also use the integrated polycarbonate PSU kneepads/shin guards, which solve the problem of normal kneepads slipping down. I've used them for years and they are excellent.
Not to mention our way of dealing with a bus situation is nothing as "full frontal" as that................... :D

I know that they have KCT(108 and 104 companies), and SBS Platoon in Korps Mariniers, but i didnt know this units have CT rules, like BBE. When i said Army, i mean Dutch Army, not land forces. BTW thanks for info about KCT.

KCT is 3 companies (104, 105 and 108). BTW the BBE is a unit of the Korps Mariniers (the Dutch Marines). From what I read every KCT company has 2 CT teams. Don't know about BBE's size.
BTW the SBS platoon is really small, just 20 men and some staff.

Right,
2 Comspecs (Communications Expert also the team leaders)
2 Demspecs (Demolition Expert)
2 Snipers
2 Medics
but the can also split up into 4 men or 2 men teams.
Full strength of KCT was 21 teams now, right?

Im not sure how many team the KCT got NOW. but more than 21 teams (thats 168 Co-specops) i think that the KCT has between 35 to 40 teams at this moment. Last year they decided to accept more canidates for the training cause there is a shortage of men. First the KCT only accepted so about 80 civilians and 20 soldiers (soldiers start 3 months later) for the Basic Commando training (2 courses a year) and at the end of only a average of 15 to 20 canidates finish the Commando training and can go on to the Special Forces training. But this year the KCT will accept more men for the training (so about 110 to 130) cause they need at least 80 more Co-Specops.
Yea I heard all that. They allready lost 60 or so (not completely sure) in the first week right? Guess it's gonna take a few years before all the free spots are filled.
