Carl Gustav Anti-Tank-Weapon, in the German Army it's called "Leuchtbüchse"
since it's only used for illumination purpose.

In the foreground AI AWM-F, german military designation is G22, the weapon in the back is a MG3 machinegun

In the front: M2 machine gun, the second seems like a french Hecate II sniper rifle to me, the third is the mount of a Milan ATGM (used by both, the germans and the french).
