Get a power drill and drill several holes into your skull. It will allow the bad thoughts to escape, allow good thoughts to enter and will allow you to run really, really fast as these "speed holes" cut down on wind resistance.

Trust me.

It works.

go listen to some childrens albums and dvds, that worked for me with my daughter, but then it just got those delightfully cheery and flaky songs in my head. i so hated life

I've heard that the way to counter an annoying tune in your head is to play another catchy tune. Examples maybe Hawaii Five O, James Bond theme, Batman theme, ect
