Ussualy if movie gets a good review from those "profesional art inclined" critics I don't watch..Not because I don't like artistic movies, but because when those assholes like them its something seriously wrong with the movie message...And I'm conservative guy so I don't buy relative morality BS in the pseudo artistic sauce... HOUGH
Oh and I generaly don't watch movies about jurnalists, anti-war movies, pseudo-scientifi, etc...

He had such a good thing going with that film up until the monsters were not real. Was still kinda interesting, but that plot twist pissed me off.
Actually guessed what was gonna happen before that point, wich I was sadenned that I was correct.

Any movie with Will Smith, Steve Guttenberg, Robin Williams, Kevin Costner, Steven Seagal, Ben Affleck and most of the time Michael Ironside (He wasn't bad in Top Gun and Scanners) is bound to suck.
And for sure anything with Richard Dean Anderson (McGuyver) WILL suck in the worst way.
On the flip side, anything with Christian Bale (American Psycho, Batman) is usually very good.

here is my banned list which by no means includes all of the movie genres i hate , i would need my own forum for that:
new star wars movies- after i saw the horrible tripe the "phantom menace" i decide i would never again be fooled by george lucas.
lord of the rings sequels-i found "the brotherhood of the ring" so boring i have not watched any of the sequels. the books are much better. did not
final matrix movie - the second one really sucked.
any live movie based of cartoon characters- was forced to watch scooby doo 2... never again.
chick movies- my loathing "40 days" made me truly hate the genre
mexican narco movies- they all suck, they are so cheap. always made on video. al qaeda has better budget for their jihad movies.
musicals- i watched "1776" as a kid , no more musicals for me.
hip hop movies- i will not go watch raper egomania on the big screen.
any movie made by televangelists- i already know how im going to hell, pass.
passion of the christ - religion is boring enough , i dont need it on my time off.
saturday nigth live alumni movies- "waynes world" was ok . all the rest have been based of horrible characters, wont watch them.

I“m a atheist and I thought it was good. To be honest it was even better than a English ( Shakespeare) Theater made from Michail Bulgakov“s novel Satan Arrives To Moscow.
All the people who are avoiding movies because they star a particular actor are tools.
I hate Tom Cruise, but guess what? Collateral was a great movie.
I hate Leonardo DiCaprio, but guess what? The Aviator was a great movie.
I hate Robin Williams, but guess what? Good Morning Vietnam was a great movie.
I hate Martin Lawrence, but guess what? No, actually I've got nothing for him.

OK, let's look at this realistically.
You don't see Tom Cruise movies because he's a pompous asshole and you don't want to line his pockets. So the average price of a cinema ticket is about £6 (Sorry, I've got to do this in British terms because I don't know the Canadian Price), let's be incredibly generous and once all the other actors fees have come out, the studio have taken their money, the cinema have taken their money and the actual cost of production has come out then that leaves Cruise with about 5%, that leaves him 30 pence.
So, in not allowing Cruise to line his pockets with your 30 pence (Which isn't actually enough to buy himself a pepsi) you've denied yourself from seeing Collateral, one of the best thrillers of the last five years.
Well done, you really taught him his lesson.

I'm not saying I'm making an impact, I just don't like being a hypocrite, and not liking someone, and then supporting them in a way, I find to be hypocritical.
I saw Collateral and really liked it, what I should have said is I won't watch any new movies since he's gone nutty. Another thing too is when you know what the person is really like it ruins whatever character he's playing, making whichever movie of his I'm watching to be less believable and entertaining.

Any movie that has unrealistic, patronizing things that insult the viewer. I hate watching a movie about some working class, blue collar coalminer and realizing that he's wearing a J.Crew sweater or that a Waffle House waitress lives in a palatial apartment and wears Manolos.

double, no triple amen to that, brother.
in fact someone should have put out a restraining order against steven seagal after his first film, to make it illegal for him to come within 200 miles of any film camera...
