a sad reality. its hard enough getting 3 people to agree on pizza toppings....getting however maybe militias to agree on something is hopeless. but if they want to try then the more power to them i guess.

I think their doomed to failure. So many times in the past they've tried to reform their government, but it is their societal clan structure that's preventing them from success. They're all too divided from each other by their clans, and it seems they all want complete dominance over one another.

But you never know, if they seem to really pull this off, either way it'd be a bloodbath with those warlords. But it's a price I'm sure that many will be willing to pay if it means stability. p-)
