There is a very good article in the january issue of Raids about the DYK.

isn't a part of the reflex sight obscured by the handle?

Hmm, am I assuming right here when you spoke of a "Tiger BDU", that you infact meant the "Tigerstripe" ?

Or is there some sort of a "Tiger" named pattern out there and in use by the Greek (naval, I might add) special forces?

Since you know, the pattern that these people wear is not Tigerstripe, but rather a US woodland-type of a pattern...

actually the Greek Army camo is insired by the french lizard pattern. And MYK only uses that in very few occasions.

well, that's a holographic refraction sight, but i think that it is probably obscured somewhat by the handle. that's definitely the first time i've seen that configuration, though. ;)

Most of the time the dot on the red dot sight lines up perfectly with the rear and front sight. Basically making the the front sight a bright dot, making aiming just that much quicker.
