Um...all I got out of that was US Army, uniform, and newest (or newst as you spelled it). So...do you mean the ACU? There's tons of pics all over this site, just do a search for ACU. If you didn't misspell it and are trying to find the PCU, then I have no clue what you're talking about.

The polartec watch cap is not a part of the PCU. It can be purchased from any number of places, to include AAFES.
