I experience lately some troubles with forum, maybe it will help a little in removing problems...
Pages are not showing at all because of DB connection problems, but this is probably known problem.
Additionaly pages show partially, and ussualy ends with parts of broken, unfinished HTML code. After reloading page, problem disapears and page shows correctly..
Also forum started to lost session sometimes..
Problem happens on Mozillla and IE on random comps in my home and school, so problems rather arent my fault...Problems happen for one or to months..
I hope it helps...
The only thing I can think of is that the server that this site is on has been under some heavy stress lately as it serves quite a few different domains. Those heavy traffic sites are moving elsewhere to bigger servers though so that should take care of it. The time with the biggest load was Monday afternoon (US time) but after that it shouldn't really have been giving you a problem. When was the last time it did that?

yes , i also had that couple of times .
Another thing , i used to watch main page (www.militaryphotos.net) for an updates , but know , after you did some maintanance job a month ago i think , when i press "REFRESH" , the main page isn't refreshing any more .
Yeah, the main page was doing very large amounts of database access because it had to scan all the forums every time someone hit the site. During lunch hours where there's tons of people on, it would slow down the database server. This way it generates it once every 5 minutes instead of more than a hundred times a minute. You can see when the page was generated by looking at the very top of the page. If it's more than 5 minutes old, hold down the shift key when hitting the reload button. That'll force it to get the new one.
This page generated at 07:50:09 AM on Thursday, February 19, 2004.

Sorry I didn't answered instantly but I was browsing site in antrakt between lectures, and they kicked me out of "comp laboratory". Last time thing happened was just a moment before I wrote my first post. I'm happy that everything is under control.

I recently had the same experience. Nobody on Vancouver Island could load up militaryphotos.net but people off the island could. Wierd eh?
Food for thought....
