Singaporeans use them and some other unnamed countries.

From its maker site:
Ultimax 100
At 4.9kg(6,8 with 100 rds drummag), the Ultimax 100 still holds the record for being the lightest 5.56mm calibre machine gun in the world. Designed for one-man operation, the Ultimax 100 combines lightweight features with other patented attributes for a dramatic increase in accuracy and firepower.

They also said that it has soo weak recoil that you can deliver accurate fire using it one handed or from hip. Mk3 version has better barell and few other upgrades.

- Indonesia
- Philippines
- US Navy SEALs
- Croatia, Serbia...

It's a joy to fire this during live-firing. Almost recoiless compared to the M-16. The most dramatic tests for the U-100 (for trade purposes that is) is to place the gun on the chin or forehead and squeeze off the rounds....

Yes it was quite popular with the Croatians. You know because they were supposedly unarmed  But anyway Arkan equipped his Tigers with some also.

In some of the early demonstration materials used by ST Kinetics (it was CIS back then), the marketing people would use a petite woman to demonstrate the gun, firing it at a cross marked out with sticky tape on a brick wall. After firing a whole 100-round magazine at the centre of the cross, a small hole was punched through it. That was how accurate and controllable the weapon was.

There's a 12.5in barrel for the weapon, which makes it about the size of a SMG. It's butt - while not foldable - could be removed, making the weapon even shorter.
