nope, he meant some tactical vest/webbing for 7,62x54R rounds. anyway, Im afraid nothing like that doesnt exist. I may be wrong of course, so I'd like to see the answer from guys with real experience...

i just find it odd that anyone would call the caliber "PKM rounds."

To make the long story short. There's no dedicated webbing, but everyone improvises. Some guys carry spare 100rnd boxes in drop leg gasmask bags. All this **** rattles like hell when carried in ammo box, eventually dangling empty belt entangles your feet when on the move. Ahh the charms of non-disintegrating belt.
