This show use to run here in canada at history television about two years ago. I watched couple of episodes and I was imidetly hooked but unfortantly I was working during the evenings that summer :-( . The drill instructors were either ex SAS or still serving. Even though it had some cheesy parts, the show over all was fantastic!!!

I saw the show, it was pretty insane. They made them do physical drills, long marches, not much sleep, recon training, cqb which they really were uncomfortable doing, and ambushes. Oh yeah, they made them do a stress position tests, and a interrogation.

not sure if I want to see it again. you just see a bunch of grown men and one female suffer miserably.

There were actually couple of females. I must say it was one hell of a suprise to see them how long they stayed in course.

I realize it was only a TV show, made for entertainment, but come on...

Yeah, there were a few females. it was a long time ago. It's certainly not as stressful as real combat missions, but it was uncomfortable for these poor civilians.

Has anyone seen Dallas Swat on A and E? pretty good show.

WTF? As if it's important wat ever they look like in the middle of the ****ing jungle! It's not a modelling contest. This is what humidity does to your gear. Everything is soaking wet all the time. That's why the boonies look so strange.

Eddie Stone ( Small Scottish Guy ) one of the x SAS instructors in that programme trains in my GYM.
For a while he had mentioned that there is going to be another show similar except this time it will be set in Artic conditions. Eddie has a Body guard school set up in Hungary called Tactical Control Group. The company also has a base in Scotland where they offer realistic paintball weekends and escape and Evade courses. They used to have a website but it's been down for sometime and i havnt seen Eddie in the gym for a while so god knows what he is upto.Anways stay tuned for the Artic Tough Enough.

Its a little different from Combat Missions. In Combat Missions the episodes revolve mainly around the mission at the end and was more team orientated. Whereas in Are you tough enough it was more about the individual contestants struggling with tasks which tested their physical and mental toughness and they only really had a combat mission on the last episode as the final test to see who would make the best SAS soldier out of the lot.

I like Are you Tough Enough better cause some of those American's were just to full on for me. Whereas the British just put their heads down and did their best in the task at hand.

Is there somewhere I can download those episodes? Haven't been able to find any torrent links for it yet.

EDIT- I found some torrents for the entire season of Combat Missions at http://www.torrentz.com/torrent_118290.html. Still no luck with that SAS one.
