Iraq isn't all desert. Northern Iraq is pretty rocky and green.

Yeah, it's a 40 rounder. One of the Navy guys on the range had one yesterday. I don't like them, cause they don't fit in normal pouches.

Would you say a 40 rounder?most likely, it could be one of the new 45-round mags that dpms came out with. most hi capacity mags are not that good but i hear that the dpms one is pretty hi-speed.

Yeah, that's from the Airborne & Spec Ops museum in downtown Fayetteville, NC (home to Ft Bragg).

Thats a damn good museum. I volunteered there for a few months, and that exhibit is a special that they have had going for a while. The pitch-roll-yaw simulator is an awesome ride, I highly suggest it.
