AR accesories are so damn expensive. It sucks, cause everytime I decided I want something, it leads from one thing to another to another, then I realise that I would be spending so much stuff I could put together another really nice rifle.

I already have an Aimpoint Comp M2. Next purchase will probably be an A.R.M.S #40 BUIS, I just can't decide if I want the standard or the L.

I would swap the 4 XT Rail covers for KAC covers.. I hate my Magpul XT Rail covers because they are a pain to fit on a rail.

I bought an Eotech 551 off of ebay for a rather decent price. Isn't this model just as good as the 552?

Dude, look on ebay for deals on Eotechs. Every now and then you'll see a great deal on one.

Yeah, I almost got a DD rail for 200 on there. I just got a EOTech from there but I think I got scammed...he hasnt replied back to me after I sent the money. :fork:

Mate, that's not good, especially after a few including myself, suggested the EE on ARFcom.
Did the guy have any type of rep, did he walk you through the entire sale/purchase, and did the shipment have any tracking information?

If you're pretty sure you were scammed, let the mods know, they're pretty good at getting down and dirty.

Also, what did you pay for the Eotech?

I’m sorry for the lack of communication. I got very sick last week with the flu and did not ship the sight until Thursday. I don’t have the paperwork handy, but I will get you any tracking info that I have tomorrow.

Hopefully you will get the product as advertised. If not, raise hell at Arfcom. Those guys take scamming very seriously. Also, there are enough cops and LEO on the board that odds are someone will either call the seller on the phone and speak with him or stop by and knock on his front door.

I checked and there is no feedback on the guy, plus he only has 25posts on ARFcom, I would be somewhat suspect, but depending on his contact information that would be make or break for me.

Normally when I sell anything, I give my work email address and phone and fax number, that way they can contact me while I am at work.

P.S.If you get the 552, you got it and the LaRue riser for a wicked price:)

I would keep on him about the tracking infromation though, and as far as him being sick, unless he's on deaths door, I wouldn't give a sh!te, he commited to the buyer once a sale was agreed upon, it's all about customer service.
