I didn't believe it. If it is in the market must be because someone actually buys the thing. Introducing The camo kilt!!! (http://www.kiltstore.net/sr_swhdr_camo_kilt.html?theme=%27%27&supplier=%27%27&referrer=google6)

Come on, it's obvious the camo kilt hides your willie until you get the slot in your kill zone!

These things have been cropping up for ages now. They show up on eBay from time to time. Unfortunately the kilt is no longer safe from the fashion-geeks out there. Only last week I saw a pure-white kilt outfit in the window of a local highland-wear shop ... ... ... is nothing sacred any more? A kilt should be tartan, or in a few cases (London Scottish, Irish Regiments) a plain colour - i.e. safron or grey, nothing else - please!

I thought we had the most rediculous. We get issued camo ear-plugs! It's not like you wear ear-plugs in battle or on operation, we only wear them on the range so who cares if they are bright orange.

The camo wallet. I mean, its in your pocket how much camo do you need? Or is designed to keep you from getting sniped at as you buy the Coke and hard roll from the Roach Coach in the field?

OK, let me get this straight. You actually paid money for that paper? It is not like, you know, your mother-in-law gave it to you as a Christmas present or anything?

There must be a special place in hell for people like you (and those who made the paper). You are Italian, for Christ's sake! You live in the country of fashion, culture and good taste!

Just kidding about the hell thing.

Yeah, I've always been puzzled by camo small items like the Maglite...sounds like a good plan to lose your kit in the field.

During WW1 the Scots still wore the Western Front but they were a plain colour rather then Tartan

This is not strictly correct - the Jock Regiments still wore their Regimental tartans, but wore a khaki cotton a**** over the kilt for protection more than for camouflage. The kilt was worn throughout WW1 and in fact some Highland Regiments went to France so equipped in 1939. The Queens Own Cameron Highlanders saw combat in France in 1940 in the kilt being the last Regiment to do so, they were awarded their blue hackle by King George VI s a concession for reluctantly giving up the kilt in favour of battledress. Some khaki a****s covered only the front portion of the kilt whilst others the entire garment.
