Pratt won't deal with issues related to JTF2 base

Defence Minister David Pratt has removed himself from making decisions about the controversial expansion of the Joint Task Force 2 base in his riding as well as dealing with related complaints from his constituents because of concerns such dealings might affect the commando unit's training.

Its expanding a base for fawks sake? Why does it have to be dramatized n debated about. This is just another case of government mis-management/beauracracy. This dude should be fired if he cant make these decisions because obviously he's no good in his current position.
