Do you want to join the US Army as a 18x? Cause you can't, as a non-citizen you can not go into SF, an some other MOSs, etc.

I thought the only requirements for the French army was the ability to drop your weapon and surrender?

That's very funny man and also insulting !

Yes we are maybe not so tough as you are Bob the drunk.
Yes , we lost some wars.
Of course we lost some battles.

But we are tough enought to win some !
Yes we won great wars.
yes we won great battles.

And i will never let someone like you say what you said without intervention.
I have something for you :

30 Avril 1863 Camerone go on and make your research about it !

FOLIO, the reason you couldn't connect to that link, and the one i first sent you in your SEAL thread is because your location does not allow a connection to official U.S. Department of Defense websites. You're not the only one to have had the problem....

OK thank you for the info man !

it was a freaking joke. everyone has gotten so serious on this board.

If everyone would just have one more drink, the world would be a happier place...

EDIT:

I am also not tough. I am a lover not a fighter. But seriously, your case was much better before you used 1863 as the last reference of greatness.

Smile and get yourself a nice glass of Bordeaux.

I've certainly thrown my share of French jokes about but I hope they've all been in the context of mutual joking around. Bob the Drunk's comments are a perfect example of when not to cast such jokes and as such, he has won a weeks ban.

To Folio a public apology from the Forum.

It's ok Deuterium i really appreciate that.

And i know that Bob the drunk's ideas don't represent the whole www.militaryphotos.net (http://www.militaryphotos.net) common idea !

Well i hope :D

Thank you for that link , it's ok !

But i can't find physical screentest for the Special Forces Weapons Sergeant (18B ).

Only this :
'Special Operations Forces have very demanding physical requirements. Good eyesight, night vision, and physical conditioning are required to reach mission objectives via parachute, land or water. Excellent hand-eye coordination is also required to detonate or deactivate explosives. In most instances, Special Operations Forces Team Members are required to be qualified divers, parachutists and endurance runners.'

Try using this CGI proxy list.

http://proxy.org/cgi_proxies.shtml

Just enter the URL in the field and hopefully, you will be able to access websites denied to you. Also google proxy server list, where you can insert public proxy IP/port in browser settings in order to bypass restrictions.

I will give you an example with the French GIGN :

Must be in the French Gendarmerie for 5 years

Physical screen test for the GIGN during 1 week :

Maximum pull ups / 3 minutes rest ; 25 pull ups = maximum score
Maximum sit ups in 2 minutes / 3 minutes rest ; 300 sit ups = maximum score
Maximum push ups , 100 push ups = maximum score
5 meters rope , arms only , start on one foot wearing short and T-shirt.

I have questions about that : http://www.apft.net/APFTscorealculator.html

What does the " run minutes" represent ? How long is the run ?
Are there a time limit for those Push ups and Sit ups or is it only a maximum ?

Thank you ;)
