It was supposed to be a docutmentary film for FDNY Engine 7 Ladder Comapny 1 firefighters,
but it ended up filming that infamous moment in the history.

Is this that documentation from this two French Guys?

I believe they are brothers from France, although they don't seem to
have an accent when they speak on film.
