yup, a loogie for diving/swimming...
double lenses and a small fan for protective googles, and never even touching the insides of skiing googles...
and the sprays aint bad either,...

Under the right conditions, fog will happen anyways.
Keep your goggles or whatever ventilated and a good anti fog spray or wipe will help.
Try some diving shops.

not sure if this will work for your application, but to defog a new diving mask, you first treat it with toothpaste or "seabuff" to remove the silicone layer on the lens, then before diving spit or use defog spray (I use seagold) and rinse.

Bulling up the inside with neat washing up liquid (detergent) works well.
Works well on mirrors in steamy bathrooms when you need a shave too.

for antifog while not diving, installing a fan or getting one with a fan pre-installed is the best thing I had till now... if it fogs, just turn it on and in a couple of seconds your clear again... I love my fan...

Rub it with raw onion - an old trick from the OstFront in WWII.
