This was passed onto me by a friend at an aircraft company.
It seems that a Lufthansa crew were doing routine maintenance on one of their 747s which involved jacking it up off the ground. There were three jacks, one at the nose, one at the tail and one in the centre of the fuselage. When the job was done they started to lower it, but instead of lowering all three at the same time, they lowered the centre one first. I'm not putting the pictures here because they're quite big but the links will take you there.
