I used to hated too man. The thing that I suck at the most is push ups. Oh man the most I can do is 20.... I broked my wrist and the part just below the elbow 2 years well not quite two but it sucks man! If you have any suggestion how to increase this number please do tell.

I don't like just running. On cardio days, I make my own little smoker sessions. They go something like this:

Run 1 mile approx 7min mile pace
Rowing Machine 3 miles in approx 17 minutes
Run .5 mile at 7min pace
Stationary Bike 25min fat burning session (hills) at highest setting
Run .5 mile at 7:30min pace

It's usually a combination of running, biking, and rowing that lasts a little over an hour. I do that about 3 times a week, lift then do 30 min of cardio 3 times a week. I generally hit the gym 5 or 6 times each week.

I usually run about 1.3 miles per day at 7:30 min./mile pace. Keeps off the fat and doesn't burn off the muscle.

I told you last monday.
Try doing the female style of pushups.
I am king at pushups. It comes from years of being disciplined with them.

Running for me is something i force myself to do only when i need to. And i never have problems with it. I didn't run for like 6months and did a law enforcement style Prep Test and i got to level 9on my beep test even with a chest cold.

The only thing I don't like about running is that I get bored really easy. I loved running in the Army because you were always singing and it helped pass the time. When I run on my own I usually get stuck into this weird daze from listening to my breathing too much and I start running into something.

I guarantee you will run faster with an MP5 positioned in the small of your back than an MP3.

That would get the heart rate up!

I didn't like running either but when I began training for Marine OCS I started on gradual runs from 2-5 miles. Now I average 3 miles at least 3 days a week if not 4, but the winter has def slowed me down. I run at a 21-23 minute pace and also hit the gym 4 days a week.

In a follow up to reports about TNA officials meeting with Spike TV earlier today in New York City, it appears the leading timeslot for iMPACT! is on Thursday night's from 8 to 9:30pm Eastern.

There are also reports that TNA would like to keep their spot on Monday (which currently is a Midnight replay of the previous iMPACT! two days earlier on Saturday night) and change that to sometime around 8:00pm Eastern (an hour before WWE Monday Night RAW on the USA Network).

The current plan is to use TNA programming as a lead-in for UFC on Thursday night's as Spike TV knows the audience for both TNA and UFC are very similar. It should be noted that nothing official has been announced about TNA's timeslot moving from 60 to 90 minutes, although many expected Spike TV to give the company a little more time since the network was very happy with consistant ratings in the last few months.

We will continue to follow this situation as it develops.

I've tried to get into running but it's too boring. I always carry some sort of portable music thing with me but it's still blah. I guess some people aren't made for that runner's high. Plus, it's the worst thing ever to run in my neighborhood, because it's a dirt road. It wasn't bad before but they covered it with rocks because it gets really muddy and slippery when it rains. I tried several times but just came home with a sprained ankle and hurt feet.

I love biking though, too bad my bike is all messed up. I'm thinking about asking for a new one for my birthday. I have an elliptical in my room, I love it. I can read or watch TV while on it, and I can use it at night or when the weather's bad outside. I go on it for 30 minutes (sometimes an hour) around 4-5 times a week, although I've been busy lately so I've slacked a lot. I can't not do it though, I feel terrible and lazy when I don't exercise.

ah cool. are these a trend in the states atm?, i haven't really noticed them here unless they are just in gyms and stuff (don't believe in gym memberships)

i ran every single day of the work week in the 82d, this has lead to bad ankles and knees, but i got a certain enjoyment running my ass off down ardennes or back in area j every morning. i miss those days whered i do 10 miles twice a week and then relax in a hot shower afterwards. the best running shoes i have found are new balances, make sure to get the correct ones for the terrain and foot style. also make sure to change your shoes every 6 months or sooner depending on the amount of running you do. i wore out my first pair of newbalances after 4 months of running causing killer shin splints

well my unit does a good job at keeping us running, we do about 8 miles every other day. and on wendsday we do "the canyon", it is kind of like our own little currahae here at Fort Bliss. it is three miles up and you guess it three miles down.

funny thing here is i am one of the bigger guys in my unit, but i am also the fastest runner just behind my CO (he is a beast). the thing that sucks about that though is they make me carry the guide-on up "the canyon", but you got carry them Cavalry colors.

I hate running, but I gotta do it to stay in shape, plus I gotta keep in shape since I'm in the Army an want to be Airborne.

When I'm on course(Army) I run more often an longer distances(sometimes).

For other excercise, I usually just do pushups, sit ups, crunches, weights occasionaly an sometimes sports.
