Thank you,a very rational and well informed post.
Bottom line is I agree with you ,the same fate awaits many of these Terrorist leaders and Leiutenants.

The big problem with Countries who accept these guys in,is that some are also backed by the West, and if I'm not mistaken I believe that Western "Advisors"train their Special Forces, and CT units, perhaps it is the case of "Walk softly, but carry a big stick"I cannot remember the exact phrase.I honestly don't know the answer of getting round these Political problems, but as you can clearly see, that this Op went wrong, and under the eyes and the laws of Quatar, these guys commited a crime, and are being held accountable...........not the ideal situation to find yourself in.

Of course, this whole situation has become a mess. There are 2 options on my mind:

1) Qataris got the wrong people. But they still decided to arrest them for strictly political reasons.
2) They got the right men. Then the operation was a failed.

I personally choose the 1st option.
You see, I'm sure those people are not the ones who planted the bomb.
1) It should have been someone close to Yandarbiev's circle, because as you know it's not that easy to plant that much explosives just by walking by.
I'm sure his guards were checking his car every day for explosives and bugs, because that pig always had his cell-phone by his side. Besides, considering his "position" it was simply suicidal to drive into downtown of the city without checking his vehicle, right?
Now let's think about it for a second. Take a look at pic of a car. There was definitely a considerable amount of explosives. Note that his son had survived the blast, although he was riding with him. Therefore we can talk about the directed explosion. Where do you put that kind of a charge? Underneath the seat; underneath the car?? From the reports, it seems that the pig got outside the mosque, got in the car, and it exploded momentarily. This seems pretty much like a guided explosion through cell-phone, or radio, or something else.

2) Do you think that "european-looking" guys would approach Yandarbiev's car, standing right next to a MOSQUE, without attracting attention to themsleves? NO! I'm sure his bodyguards were standing there, or at least the driver. Besides, it was a Friday prayer with LOTS of people around!

3) Right after the explosion, there were "witnesses" who started talking about "european-looking guys", walking around the area not long before the explosion! Not only it's a total BS, but just doesn't make any sense, considering the country of operation! We are not that stupid! ;)

I said it before, I'll say it again, guns, and explosives is not our style!
