Whats the best airshow you've gone to and what demos did they have?

I went to a local one that was pretty good. They did this exhibit were this guy flies a bi-plane right into the ground and they have ambulances and firetrucks drive out and act like the guy really died. It was really realistic, they even posted the pilots obituary in the paper the next day, it was pretty realistic.

Been to many.
Every year in Jax we had awesome airshows.
But also grew up right next to NAS Jax. So even an average weekend....F-14s and F-18s buzzing the neighborhood were commonplace.

Once a squadron of Airforce F-15's was there a few days and man Oh man....we parked at the end of the flightline at the edge of the base.... They're like the muscle-cars of aircraft.
F-15 Eagles, F-4 Phantoms & A-10s are my all time fav aircraft.
But it's really really rare to see an F-4 anymore.

Farnborough AirShow 2000. Wish I have the chance to go this summer... Now that I have a Sony video-camera with a 512 MB Memory Stick...

Back then: Typhoon, Naval Sukhoj, Gripen, C-17 Globemaster...

Bia, you may see an F-4 here in Greece... Come on 2007 Archangell Airshow :) :)

Anyone seen the MAGTF demo at Miramar and what did you think of it? cause its the best demo I've ever seen. With the Cobras, Huey, Sea Knights, Super Stallions, Hornets, Harriers and pyrotechnics it has everything in it to make you feel like ur in a real battle zone.

Every other year here in Michigan they hold a great airshow at Selfridge ANG..

I went to the Farnborough airshow once. But I used to live just down the road so we always got a bit of a free show. I've had the chance to see all the planes I wanted to (Harrier, Stealth bomber, Concorde, Spitfire) in action over my own house.

Pax River NAS always has a good one.

I went to an Airshow in October 2004 in Houston, Texas. It was so fun and interesting. I have a poster and pamphlet and the wristband we received since we were able to get in the VIP section. Yummy food.
