Yes, Canada does.

427 SOAS (Special Operations Aviation Squadron), stationed in Petawawa, Ontario.

France has got a special aviation detachment called the DAOS; three wings, one Gazelle, one Couguar and one with the new, high tec EC725 Mk2

For Australia, 171 Squadron are in the process of becomming our dedicated aviation asset to our Special Forces.

8 Flight AAC, elements of 848 NAS (845 & 846 support SF Ops, but are not dedicated SF support a/c), 47 Sqn RAF and as Wheke C9 has pointed out a flight from 7 Sqn RAF.

Also, Jordan, Mexico, Philippines, Thailand, India, and Peru. There may be others, but those are the ones I rmember off the top of my Head. That's not counting the various CSAR units.
