For the the A-12 Avenger II - a project that has since been cancelled.

So what are supreme ? the APG-70? or the APG-76?

I think the F-14D has the best AA radar on any fighter plane. The F-15E has the best AG radar of any fighter. Not considering fighters, E-3 AWACS and E-8JSTARs have the best airborne radars.

The F/A-22 also probably has a good radar system.

APG-70 is the radar on the F-15E.

yeppers it is. F-16C blk50 and upward also feature that radar system.

F-15A/B/C/D models have the APG-63.

F-16 models below blk50 feature the APG-66

F-14A/B models have teh AWG-9 radar, which is great for long range air to air engagements. Able to track multiple bandits and fire multiple Phoenix missiles. The F-14D is even better with the APG-71. The AGP-71 is lighter, and features the JTIDs information display, which provides data from AWACS and ground control.

Hornets use the APG-73. Newer E/F/G models carry the APG-68 i believe.

No, they use the APG-68.

F-15A/B/C/D models have the APG-63.
The F-15Cs of the of the 3rd Wing at Elmendorf AFB are equipped with the brand-new APG-63(v)2 Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar. This is, most likely, the finest fighter radar in service today.

Even on the D-model, the "jet's radar was still built upon a requirement to engage Soviet bombers coming over the horizon so as to defend the battlegroup. Thus, the Short Range Radar could be better."

No, they use the same APG-73. And the Super Hornets will shortly be upgraded with the APG-79 AESA radar, which will offer a quantum leap in performance over the old system.
