on the vid, it's explained they are from EPIGN (for "Escadron Parachutiste d'Intervention de la Gendarmerie Nationale") and have been convoyed from the French Caribbean aboard a Transall

the guy named "Marc" says they are here to reinforce the security and have two objectives :
to protect the ambassador and recover the nationals and people which are in trouble on the territory

on what we see, they must recover at 25 kilometers of the capital, two French sisters (nuns) responsibles of an orphanage, who have been assaulted the night

yup

on the video, their car looks like a CAV 100 but I'm not sure
