I second that, as a member of the Island Toyota Club we encourage people to run over honda's ;)
If the Humvee had the wheel a bit over towards the drivers side more he would've rallied the whole car instead of getting high centered ;)

sillest thing i ever saw was some fool trying to drive a civil hummer around hampstead in full expedition rig.
they were never really designed to deal with urban traffic were they?

But they can run over that urban traffic if the tires are positioned right ;)
Most heavily modified trucks are ment to deal with urban traffic, especially on a big set of tires. I've seen a couple jacked up Toyota 4X4's from the 80's run over our smashed body of a 1989 Corolla GTS, they could make it right over the thing. Mind you the engine is gone and the cars just down to the body because we stripped it to nothing so theres no glass to worry about popping your tires ;)

well in normal life trying to manouver the huge thing in traffic won't win you any friends or get you very far.
plus bit of time and effort you can build a road block that will defeat any monster truck and make most tanks think twice .

Nissan Supra...your kidding right?
Its a Toyota Supra, and they were discontinued after 1997. The model your talking about is the twin turbo v-8.
As for what I drive I drive nothing at the moment, I just work on em for now. Going to get myself a lil 1980 Toyota Starlet though, those 1300cc engines can be replaced by a twin cam 16 valve 1.6L with some dual sidedrafts or a single downdraft.
I actually re-build a Starlet in my garage back in November, we had the whole vehicle in piece's and built it back together totally rebuilt with a 1600cc weber carb, the thing snorts now. We lowered the front end a bit but doing a lil cutting of the springs. 1 and 1/2 coils lowered it enough to make her look angry, we got spare parts car so we will go n get the springs "heat shrunk" down eventually.
The Starlet we did cost $300 dollars and just had been re-painted. We have the loudest stereo in town, 2 12 jl's 6 dubs with a 1600 watt amp and capacitator. It rumbles.
