Closer: NIN, any song that includes the lyric "I want to F*ck you like an animal" can't help but be good.

I'm a big fan of NIN way back to Pretty Hate Machine......which I think came out about 1990 if my beer and angst filled memory at the time serves....

Anyone hear "Hurt"?.....I just heard a Johnny Cash rendition of that NIN song for the first time....not bad for a dead guy.

Stone Temple Pilots, Sound Garden, Bush, and Alice in Chains would be some popular examples of 90's rock.....

Right now I'm going through an 80's nastalgia period to exercise the current pop-star demons from my mind...current fav:

Echo and the Bunnymen "Killing Moon"

I hurt myself today . . .

Hard to listen to the Cash version knowing how painful his last days probably were. Great song by either performer though.

Reznor is amazing - totally f--ked up - but amazing

Check out Pantera - Vulgar display of Power, one of the best hard rock albums of all time in my opinion.
