I'm not sure the posted pictures are Aktionsstyrken, the train in the picture is not a Danish one.

Besides pictures of Aktionsstyrken are almost as rare as rockinghorse ****.

So this unit is like Spanish UEI. Every knows that it exist but it is impossible to find any photos of them.

The GIF animation above and below are from footage, of exercises, released prior to a big UN summit in Copenhagen. The one below was quite spectacular on TV as it clearly showed people on the roof, while the building was engulfed in a fireball.

The best and recent pictures of Aktionsstyrken I can think of are these. They are from a january 2001 operation against a greenpeace blockade of the ship Explorer outside Århus harbour. The operation was a joint operation between Aktionsstyrken and Frømandskorpset (naval special forces).

Actually there's an article in the Jan., 2004 issue of SWAT magazine on UEI. It's got several photos of them conducting training.

Hey, I am Sorry :oops: . I din't saw that. There equiment is not like the other swedish soldiers. Look at there boots and weapon. There are diffrent than the other swedis Elit troops like Jägarna our Fallskärmsjägarna. :| And i Thought this Topic was about the Danish Elite Forces.

Hey, im new to this forum and i´ve seen that you´ve managed to stumble across pictures of our SSG. I have a few things to say about them. As little as i know about them, i know for certain that as far as chestrigs go, the SSG may more or less use what ever kind of gear they want. If they see the need for another loadbearing-system, i see no reason why they wouldn´t get it if they asked for it.

And for any of you out there that still hesitate about wether it´s SSG or not, yes it is SSG. The other picture i´ve seen with soldiers wearing a brown beret are part of the FSJ IK ( Airborne Ranger rapid reaction taskforce ).

For everyone who sent me an email or PM about the UEI article. I'm having problems with my computer. My wife opened a virus on Friday, and I'm still trying to fix everything ( I'm posting from my lap top instead of my PC). :(
