The filename is commando.wmv. The Royal Marines are Great Britain's Commando forces.

If I remember the original thread on this "IT was stated" that they are Royal Artillery members who wanted to show that they could do landings as well as the Royal Marines.

And ash933, trust me, these guys aren't Royal marines.

It is a funny video indeed, but I honestly think that ANYONE landing there with full kit on would have ended the same way. To me it seems that the whole thing was prepared on purpose as to show what can happen when you don't do proper recon previous to a landing.

I never said they were. It's just the filename is 'commando.wmv' and in the past when it has been posted they were referred to as RM once or twice.
