Those French guys are "Commandos-Marine" (French Navy SF) i think.

Nice SG552 Commando with EOTech btw...

The pic with the so-called FL captain is in fact a French Marine Corps Staff Sergeant; three gold stripes on a navy blue background.

The units are also mixed up; in Djibouti there are, among others, two units, the 5°RIAOM (a mixed unit , with AMX10RC light tanks, TRF1 155 cannons, Mistral MANPADS and an Inf Co) and the 13th DBLE, a Legion unit also with a mixed structure inclkuding an engineer Co and a recce Squadron with ERC 90 armoured cars.
