Moin folks,
I got this rainsuit from ebay and couldn't find out which army or other group is or was if ever wearing this pattern.
It looks experimental, like some tiger-pattern over east germans tan and rain, but I haven't seen this before.
Any ideas??

I also would have located it in eastern europe, but it can't be that old, and it's fairly well done, also the fabric is of high quality...
Anyone else??

Is there any markings? It could be commercial...

there are no markings and also no tag, but i thin commercials do havt do be tagged or marked in some way
>>washing instructions: "Just wear in rain" rofl
but there are none, so my guess was some experimental.
German "Truppenversuche" are marked very well, but i had an old NVA coat once without any sign of military origin which came out to be a tanksuit never to be issued.
Do you have an idea how to find out if some item is commercial?
Isn't there some way of searching for companies who produce camouflage fabric??

Hullo, very interesting.
But It's not Warsaw Pact era. I never see this. Polish made some experimental with MORO pattern, but not this.
The ZIP is similar to some India or pakistan set; russian too, there's a partisan new pattern similar to german IIWW.
I would like to know if the suit is fastened with bottons or velcro.
If there are bottons, can I see photos?
There infos that DDR NVA made camo for other nations (first MORO for polish) and for bulgaria made a FROG SUIT with a strange pattern where rain patern is oner stamped other camo. But I dont see in your elements of Warsaw pact era as bottons...
