Republicans must be really desperate, to think up such BS.

 The whole world is betting against Bush.

I'm no fan of the guy but it would so beautiful to see him get re-elected. The whole of Europe will be crying, "Four more years of fascist Nazi Hitler incarnate Bush."

Just like how Democrat labeled Bush as Hitler earlier this year.

They expect Americans going to vote for them if they compare a U.S. President to Hitler? rofl

The village voice is a very liberal publication, it's odd that they woud be hammering away at Kerry. I'm sure they have something to gain.

I don't want you guys to praise me as some sort of genius but I am quite sure Sixgun Symphony does not like Mr Kerry, its just a strong feeling I have.

Sydney Schanberg is not a Republican.

Maybe because Schanberg does not consider Kerry a liberal. He does, however, have a massive distrust of politicians, a Pulitzer (for "The Killing Fields"), and deep dislike of hypocrisy.

Interesting!

What was George Bush Snr and Jnrs views on this matter during the same time?

There have been Republican and Democrat Presidents since Vietnam, and non of them brought those POW's home.

It was also a Republican President who left Scott Speicher to Rot in Iraq, when there was Intelligence to support that he was alive.....nobody is squeeky clean on these issues are they?

From what I understand, there was no one left to rescue by the time Kerry was in any position of power. However, no President since Kennedy has been totally innocent of leaving our people behind. It's one tradition that I wouldn't mind seeing tossed away. Have a good one, and just some thoughts...

Sydney Schanberg?

Didn't he claimed that US bombing of Cambodia drove the Cambodians mad, and thus caused the genocide under the Khmer Rouge?
