Russian military prosecutor's office officialy refused to consider Katyn victims as a Stalins represions victims. Such statement was sent to commision for hunting crimes aginst Polish nation. They motivate decision saying that there are no documents proving that there were any victims of Stalins order. Polish IPN said that they will provide offcial reply propably tommorow. While commenting Russian decision they also said that order stated that there was no official procedure required to execute prisoner. 5th march is a Katyn genocide day in Poland.

Wonder what *censored**censored**censored**censored*storm would start if Germany would deny holocaust & other nasty stuff just because they can't find any orders from Hitler.
What "official procedures" Germans had before executing Soviet prisoners?
