The Gamo Shadow 1000 in .177 is punchy but its not an accurate rifle splash out a bit more and buy somehing decent like a BSA, Theoben, Diana (German) or Air Arms I have heard of Turkey shooters turning to cranked up pre-charged guns I know that Venom custom turned out a few high end springers for this purpose in the early 90's.
I am the proud owner of an Air Arms S200 which is made by BRNO, nice light gun in .22 I use the 11.5 grain Paragon Z2's and at 12ft/lbs UK legal muzzle energy limit it kills rabbits (headshots) at 40 meters no problem.
If your doing squirrels and birds go for .177 but use a heavy pellet my mate in the US shoots Doves with a .177 and would not use anything else.
Lay your hands on some Barracuda Match in .177 about 21 grains good on small vermin and you will notice a slight improvement in your Chinese rifles performance, a few of those Chinese rifles are actually good shooters for the price, they used to make a rifle called the Lion which had the worst iron sights in the world and no scope mount but when gunsmiths added scope mounts they were real tack drivers.

I have a BSA under-lever air rifle, which is a bit pricey, but very good quality.
For a bit cheaper I reccomend Webley air rifles, they have a few different basic break barrel ones available, which are good.

BSA finish and build quality is top notch.

Thanks alot you really helped :) Like you said , some chinese rifles are good , some are junk , Before my house got broken into i had another 20 $ break action pellet rifle and it shot so acurate i could easily snipe small birds a good 50 or so yards away with it , maybe 50 yards is alittle extreme but it was that acurate! Now i have one that shoots to low or to high , i havent shot it in a while
