It is easy my friend :) first i hade to find out if the IP address belongs to Europe Asia or Usa .and with a tracer i can se that it is a American IP. after that I did send a request for the info from ”ARIN - American Registry for Internet Numbers” . if it where an European IP i would have used “RIPE - Reseaux IP Européean” and Asian “APNIC - Asia Pacific Network Information Center”

I'm pretty sure I know who made the post about me, and he's not from D.C. He's probably found a way to use another IP address, or he's traveling and posted from an internet cafe or something like that....

The switch office locations are public records, but you can't determine the end point switch office from the POP interchange without the ISP's internal network map. Three tiers can cover a lot of virtual space.
