Today in the small city where i live (Puertollano, in Southern Spain), Pedro Almodóvar is presenting his latest movie called Volver, in which Penelope Cruz has one of the principal roles.
I'm not a fan of Almodovar (in fact , i don't like his movies), but i love cinema and i think it's important for the town to hold an event like a world premiere of a 2 Oscar Winning director. He presents the movie here because the movie is about his childhood in La Mancha and Puertollano is the nearest town with suitable facilites for the premiere. He was born around 15 miles away from Puertollano, in a tiny town called Calzada de Calatrava.
PS: No, Penelope is not coming to Puertollano so i'm not taking any pics p-)
