Ok, give me a thermal sight and I could tell you what it is. Its really good optical camo, you cant tell what it is really. I could only guess. Is it a BMP-1/2? It could also be a BMP-3.

You could be right with that. After I looked closer, it really seems to be the muzzel brake of the BMP-2.

Hello,
You must check all details from the back and left side of the vehicle.

Could it be a Russian SO-122 (2S1) 122mm Self-propelled Howitzer?

I am for 100% sure it is a BMP-1.
Look at the antenna base at the rear left.
BMP-1 : antenna lelft rear.
BMP-2 : antenna on the turret.

Hello,
BMP-1:
If you see the base of the gun it's bigger , and i never see BMP-2 with wood log to the back side and to this position.

Hello,
You confirm with this picture, to the BMP-1 the wood log is back of the hull, if you see this picture of BMP-2, the wood log is on the top of the rear of the hull.
Greetings.
