So I got the game "The Movies" recently, and it's actually alot more entertaining than I thought it'd be. anyway, I made a movie with it. It's called "After all the Wars are Over" about World War 1 vets in the 20s. It's like 3 mins, so not too long.

let me know if it's terrible...

Ive seen some great reviews of this game in mags and stuff. Havent seen any movies people have made until now, cool. How well did the movie do in game?

Pretty good. Just out of interest, how much control do you get over what happens in the 'movie'? Are all the scenes pre-set and you choose the characters, sets and sequence of events or is it more in depth?

I've seen it get good reviews and it's been high in the charts for ages, but i've never known enough about it to want to buy it.

you dont get as much freedom as I'd like. You can choose the sets, backdrop, characters, costumes, props etc. but the scenes are limited to premade sequences. Each sequence has a bunch of options to change it around. The scene library is fairly large, but it is limited to the library.

I'd reccommend it if your interested in making movies....I've spent way too much time on it...

It looks good.....a bit too repetitive...I would say cut back on the flash backs, maybe show the war in the first portion of the movie and then show his struggles in life after....alcohol/drug abuse, troubles in keeping jobs, troubles keeping relationships things like that...so how did it perform at the box office?lol
