Man, all those guys seem to know how to do is shoot strays and waste bullets on old cars! Why don't they try shooting something that bleeds and shoots back! :P For example these guys:

The shooting dogs part I have no comment on, but the "wasting bullets on old cars" part I do.

What's the difference between that and "wasting bullets" on a paper or metal target on a range? It's the same thing, I would think. Unless I'm much mistaken, this looks like a training exercise for the soldiers.

I'm sure that there are reasons for whatever is happening in the video that we are not privy to. Any judgements we make based solely on what we see are inherently flawed because we don't know all pertinent facts.

Anyone happen to know where to find this video nowdays? I just to have it back in 2004, but it has propably been drained to the sewers of cyberspace or something. BTW it was a pita to even find some kind of information related to the video in question, so this thread is kind of a breakthrought :)
