It's not surprising that you had to get the pictures yourself. :P
Pictures of the Special Police of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Service are not easy to come by. These SWAT type units are fairly new, and not well publicised as there are certain political sensitivities involved in having heavily armed police units.

I am a Japanese.
"jyuuki taisakubutai" (Anti Arms Unit?) is in this photograph.
SWAT is a unit called SIT (Special Investigation Team) and SAT (Special Assault Team) strictly in Japan.
